Orders are reviewed before fulfillment. Delivery timing depends on carrier handoff, destination, and order verification.

Sealed, unused fragrance may be reviewed within 10 days. Opened or used fragrances have return restrictions for hygiene and authenticity reasons.

Every paid order is checked before shipment for product name, size, concentration, and availability. If availability changes before shipment, support offers a refund path or replacement option.
