Every paid order is checked before shipment for product details, availability, and shipping readiness before capture or fulfillment.

If availability changes

If an item becomes unavailable before shipment, support will contact the customer with a refund path or replacement option. Approved refunds are processed in 10 business days after approval.

Opened fragrance returns

Opened or used fragrances have return restrictions for hygiene and authenticity reasons. Sealed, unused items may be reviewed within 10 days.
