Sealed, unused fragrance in original packaging may be eligible for return within 10 days.
Opened or used fragrances have return restrictions for hygiene and authenticity reasons.

Return shipping responsibility: customer pays return shipping. Do not ship anything back until support confirms the return path.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Refund processing time: 10 business days after approval. Bank timing may vary by card issuer.
