Report damaged delivery within 10 days. Keep all packaging and send clear photos for review.

Wrong item

If the wrong fragrance, size, or concentration is delivered, support reviews the order record and product photos.

Return shipping

Return shipping responsibility: customer pays return shipping. Support must confirm whether a return shipment is needed.

Timing

Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe after support approval. Refund processing time: 10 business days after approval. Bank timing may vary by card issuer.
